Milestone
2014 - 2015
- NICT was launched by Royal Decree.
- The institute prepared its first academic and training programs.
- OpenLab and early campus operations began.
2016 - 2017
- Built community programs for students in need.
- Launched research activities in AI and data science.
- Launched the first ICT and innovation initiatives.
2018 - 2019
- First batch graduated with strong employment outcomes.
- Established mission and scholarship programs to accelerate tech talent.
- Expanded academia and public administrative training.
2020 - 2021
- NICT transformed to CADT.
- Grew stronger support for Cambodia’s ICT sector.
2022 - 2023
- First Rector’s Brochure was launched for community engagement.
- Drafted student research and innovation projects.
- New building for the Institute of Digital Governance progressed.
2024
- Programs in data science and AI expanded.
- Furthered digital skills development across Cambodia.
- Launched online digital transformation courses for government leaders.
